Here at Surrey Water Gardens we try to offer you the complete pet service, and that includes caring for your pet while you go away. We offer a complete holiday care service for any pet we sell (excluding fish and hamsters!).  So if you are going away and your neighbour does not fancy looking after your pet snake - have no fear, we are here!

By prior arrangement only, we are able to offer holidays for snakes, lizards, tortoises, rabbits and guinea pigs. Unit sizes and prices vary from £3.00 per day for snakes and from £6.00 per day for rabbits/guinea pigs so please feel free to give us a call with your enquiries and we will be happy to discuss your individual requirements, and let you know if we have a space available for your pet(s).  Everything that your pet needs while it is with us will be provided.  This includes any hides, bedding and food (providing we stock it).  All you have to do is bring your pet in!

Please Note!
For any holiday booking we will need you to come in to the shop to complete the necessary paperwork and for you to pay a (non-refundable) deposit to book the required dates. We do not guarantee the booking until the deposit has been paid!

All prices are per day and not per night so a stay from 20/01/2009 until 31/01/2009, for example, equals 12 days.  This is because we have to book the unit out for the entire day, even if you only leave them with us just before we close or collect them as soon as we have opened.

We do get extremely busy during all of the school holidays and for this reason we always advise you to book your pet's holiday as soon as you know your own holiday dates.  This way you will not be disappointed and have to find alternative accommodation.Thank you.
